Client Experience Guide

At The Lounge, everything we do is designed to create a calm, seamless and considered experience for every client.

To ensure we can maintain the highest standards across our treatments and service, we have a few guidelines in place. We truly appreciate your understanding and support.

Appointments

All appointments are carefully scheduled to allow each client our full attention.

We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment so you can enjoy your full treatment without feeling rushed. Unfortunately, late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time or the need to reschedule.

Bookings and Deposits

Appointments require a deposit to secure your booking.

This allows us to manage our diary fairly for all clients and protect our team’s time. Deposits are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask that you do so within our cancellation window so your deposit can be transferred to a future booking.

Cancelations and Rescheduling

Appointments at The Lounge are often in high demand.

We kindly ask for sufficient notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer your space to another client.

Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in the loss of your deposit.

Treatments and Results

All treatments at The Lounge are tailored to you.

As every client’s skin, hair, and lifestyle are different, results can vary. Our team will always provide professional advice and aftercare guidance to help you achieve and maintain the best possible results. We take great pride in the quality of our work. If you have any concerns following your treatment, we kindly ask that you contact us within 48 hours so we can review and assist where appropriate.

Aftercare and Responsibility

Following the recommended aftercare is essential to maintaining your results.While we always carry out thorough consultations, clients are responsible for informing us of any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities prior to treatment. Due to the bespoke nature of our treatments, we do not offer refunds.However, we are always committed to ensuring you are happy with your experience and will review any concerns where appropriate.
